Begutachtungsverfahren Transatlantische Handels- und Investitionspartnerschaft (TTIP)


Die EK hat unmittelbar im Vorfeld der vierten Verhandlungsrunde (10.-14. März) für die Transatlantische Handels- und Investitionspartnerschaft (TTIP) entgegen bisheriger Zusicherungen das Thema „Konzessionen“ als Gegenstand des TTIP adressiert. Die BAK fordert eine strikte Zurückweisung der EK-Initiative (Non-paper on the Coverage of public private partnerships (PPP) for the TTIP Public Procurement Chapter (1123/14)

The energy market is undergoing a dramatic change. New technologies and political determination are opening up new opportunities and perspectives and many consumers will assume a completely new role as active participants in the market. At present, consumers remain dissatisfied with their energy costs and choice.

The aim of this public consultation is to seek the views of stakeholders on the functioning of the retail energy market and consumer participation.

Begutachtungsverfahren Energieeffizienzrahmen

The aim of this public consultation is to seek the opinions of the general public and all stakeholders on the issues related to energy efficiency policies and measures for 2020 and 2030.  Particularly, the replies submitted to this consultation will provide an important input to the review of progress towards the 2020 energy efficiency target under Article 3(2) of the Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU. They will also be taken into consideration for the follow-up of the Communication “A policy framework for climate and energy in the period from 2020 to 2030” to establish the exact ambition of future energy savings policy and the measures necessary to deliver it.
